摘要:非相干散射雷达可探测电子密度、电子温度、离子温度、等离子体视线速度等众多参数,是目前最强大的地基电离层探测手段,对电离层空间天气特性与模型研究具有重要意义。中国电波传播研究所云南曲靖站非相干散射雷达(25.60oN,103.80oE)2015与2017年数据集包括功率剖面与功率谱两类回波数据,从功率剖面可快速估算电子密度,从功率谱可反演电子密度、电子/离子温度等多个参数。通过这一数据集可以分析得到曲靖地区电离层多个参数的多时空尺度变化特征,支撑电离层模型研究。

Abstract: Incoherent Scattering Radar can detect electron density, eletron temperature, ion temperature, plasma line-of-sight velocity and many other parameters, which is the most powerful ground-based tools to monitor ionosphere. It is of great significance to studying the ionospheric space weather characteristics and models. This dataset includes two types of echos, power profile and power spectrum during 2015 and 2017 years. The former can quickly estimate the electron density profile and the latter can derieve multiple parameters, such as electron density, electron/ion temperature and so on. The dataset can be used to analyze the spational and temporal variation characteristics of ionospheric parameters in Qujing area(25.60oN,103.82oE), and support the ionospheric model reasearch.
