Abstract: Incoherent Scattering Radar can detect electron density, eletron temperature, ion temperature, plasma line-of-sight velocity and many other parameters, which is the most powerful ground-based tools to monitor ionosphere. It is of great significance to studying the ionospheric space weather characteristics and models. This dataset includes two types of echos, power profile and power spectrum during 2015 and 2017 years. The former can quickly estimate the electron density profile and the latter can derieve multiple parameters, such as electron density, electron/ion temperature and so on. The dataset can be used to analyze the spational and temporal variation characteristics of ionospheric parameters in Qujing area(25.60oN，103.82oE), and support the ionospheric model reasearch.
