摘要:全球变化背景下陆地生态系统碳水循环过程、控制机理及其对环境变化的响应是生态学与全球变化科学长期致力解决的重大科学问题。涡度相关技术是原位、连续、高频观测生态系统碳水交换过程的强有力技术途径。千烟洲站作为国内首批建立涡度相关观测系统的野外台站,已经持续积累了17年的人工针叶林生态系统碳水交换通量的科学观测数据。为了推动中国乃至全球陆地生态系统通量研究及相关领域的发展,千烟洲站公开发表了整理加工的2003–2010年连续观测的碳水通量及相关气象要素数据。本数据集包含生态系统总初级生产力、生态系统呼吸、净生态系统生产力、潜热通量、显热通量、空气温度、空气相对湿度、水汽压、风速、风向、土壤温度、土壤水分、太阳辐射、光合有效辐射和降水等观测指标,形成了半小时、日、月和年尺度数据产品。

Abstract: The process, control mechanism and their response to environmental change of terrestrial ecosystem carbon and water cycling under global changes are an important scientific problem having been trying to be solved by ecology and global change science for a long time. Eddy covariance is a powerful method for in-situ, continuous and high-frequency observation of the carbon and water exchange process in ecosystems. Qianyanzhou Ecological Research Station (QYZ), as one of the first field station establishing the system of eddy covariance in China, has been continuously accumulating scientific observation data of carbon and water flux of artificial coniferous forests for 17 years. In order to promote the development of carbon and water flux of terrestrial ecosystem in China and even the world, QYZ published the carbon and water flux and related meteorological data observed and processed from 2003 to 2010. The dataset included net ecosystem exchange, ecosystem respiration, total ecosystem exchange, latent heat flux, sensible heat flux, air temperature, relative humidity, vapor pressure, wind speed, wind direction, soil temperature, soil moisture, total radiation, photosynthetic effective radiation, and precipitation, etc., forming data products of half hour, day, month, and year scale.
