Abstract: Dim radar target detection and tracking under clutter is the main research content in military and civilian application fields, such as low-altitude security prevention and control, long-range precision strike, regional situation monitoring, battlefield intelligence and reconnaissance. In response to the data problem in the field of radar detection and recognition such as poor pertinence of data scenarios, insufficient authenticity of simulation data, nonstandard measured data format, incomplete scene description and calibration information, etc., a radar data for the detection and tracking of radar dim targets is provided, which takes the fixed-wing UAV under clutter as the detection object. This radar dataset is obtained through outfield recording and post data processing, covering complex scenarios such as strong clutter, low signal-to-noise ratio, high dynamic, strong maneuvering, and target number change. There are 15 radar echo sequences in total, and echo sequences contains a number of pulse signals, as well as a corresponding gate files and a label truth file. This dataset can provide basic data for the design and verification of target detection and tracking algorithm for dim radar target and the study of clutter characteristics.
