Abstract: This study uses Landsat series image data to construct a radiative transfer model, with which to carry out ground surface temperature inversion in Sanya city. By using the radiative transfer model, land surface temperature was inverted by means of atmospheric profile parameter calculation, visible light band processing, and surface emissivity calculation. As such, the surface temperature products of Sanya city in 2000, 2004, 2008, 2012, 2016 and 2018 were experimentally obtained. After being optimized, this research model can be extended to a wide range of cities, thereby acquiring high application value.
