Abstract: Climate change is one of the major concerns of the international community today, and the most serious environmental problem faced by human society worldwide. The main objective of this study is to estimate the low-carbon agricultural performance of 21 cities of Guangdong. Agricultural carbon emission, carbon emission intensity, and directional distance function were estimated using agricultural carbon emission calculation models and directional distance functions. This dataset can provide references for policy formulation concerning the low carbon agricultural development in various regions of Guangdong.
